Commission Process

Contact us by email ( moonpixart@gmail.com ), or via private message on social networks.

 

We may like some reference images or a written description of what you need, don't be afraid to explain additional details, we want to do our best to create exactly what you desire.

Illustration Commissions

1. Contact us via e-mail, we'll discuss your ideas together to define your project!

2. After we agreed on your commission, we'll send you an e-mail with the invoice for the payment, through Paypal.

3. Then we will make a rough sketch. Feel free to tell us if you don't like your sketch! Depending on the customer's queue, we'll let you know when your work will be ready.

4. The average time to complete a commission is about 7 days to 2 weeks for a Sketch and 30 to 45 days for a fully rendered Painting (but it depends on the complexity/number of the subject, the number of changes that you ask for along the process, and the queue of the other active commissions). If you need your commission in a short amount of time for a specific date, we can talk together and see if we can find a solution to do it in time.

5. During the making process, we may send you some "work in progress" images to discuss the shape, the colours, and the details. Feel free to tell us what you'd like to change soon because when the work is almost finished could be difficult to edit anything.

6. The most important thing for us is to make you happy, so don't be afraid to tell us everything you think to help us to make your commission perfect for you!

7. In the end, we will provide you with an HD link to download your commission in A3/A2 sized file (or in a different format if you need it).

Rights

• The Artists of Moonpix keep the Right and ownership of the artworks.

• Commissioned artworks are for personal use only. This means you can't distribute or use your commission for commercial purposes. For commercial works contact us.

• We can use your commission and your review for advertising and portfolio. However, you can express your desire to maintain your commission private for a short period of time (for example for a Birthday present). Please remember to tell us.

• Don't cancel or edit any signatures or use our artwork in other artworks.

• With your commission, you automatically accept the Terms of Service.

Payment

We accept payment via Paypal invoice. 

​

The prices listed here are in Euro (€) and we suggest checking the currency before commissioning, to avoid surprises.

​

We will send you a Paypal invoice at your e-mail (taxes fees are included in the price, but we apply a revenue stamp of 2€ for orders above 77€).

​

After discussing the commission and we have your approval to start, we don't accept a refund. But if for health or a familiar problem, we can't finish your work, you will be refunded for the entire price (Transaction and tax fees may vary the price).

Your Commission is a full-resolution file, in digital format.

​

We will usually use the A3/A2 format at 300 dpi. Feel free to tell us if you need a specific format for your image.

​

We can make mistakes like any human being, so if there are problems just talk about them and surely we will solve everything.

​

We don't accept NSFW commissions.

​

We don't only make characters, but also animals, creatures, landscapes, or graphic works like logos, emotes, Twitch UI, and Photomanipulation.

​

We make a lot of commissions and fan art from D&D and Warcraft, but also from other videogames, personal characters, books, your photo, or anything you want.
