Our primary goal is to bring joy to our clients by creating unique and personalised artwork. We were gamers and book lovers before illustrators, and we know how important a character can be for you.

 

So, we will do our best to bring your friends to life in the real World.

Guidelines:

• The Artists retain ownership of the artworks.

• Commissioned artworks are for personal use only. This means that you cannot distribute or use them for commercial purposes. If you are interested in a commercial project, feel free to ask.

• It is not allowed to edit, replicate, or overpaint the artwork by other artists or to use AI to rework it.

• You are allowed to share your digital artwork with anyone and anywhere. We would appreciate it if you credit us whenever possible. It could be very helpful, thank you!

• For security reasons, please refrain from sharing the HD file with anyone, except for a recipient of the artwork as a gift or print service if needed. You are free to share a smaller version (No HD). Feel free to ask if you need one!

• We may use your commission for advertising and portfolio purposes, unless you request to keep it private for a short period (for example, for a Birthday present).

• You are free to print your artwork through any local or web print services.

• All information, references, and textual descriptions provided to the Artists about the commission are confidential. We will not disclose any information to third parties without your consent.

 

Commission Process:

1. Contact us via email ​( moonpixart@gmail.com ) to discuss your ideas and define your project together! We may like some reference images or a written description of what you need. Don't be afraid to explain additional details; we want to do our best to create exactly what you desire.

2. After we agree on your commission, we will send you an invoice through PayPal via email.

3. After the payment, we will make a rough sketch in 24/48 hours. If you are not satisfied with the concept, please feel free to share your feedback. We will do our best to fix it!

4. The average time to complete a standard commission is 5 to 7 business days for a Sketch, 15 to 30 business days for a fully rendered Painting, or up to 45 days for some of the most complex artworks. However, the completion time is just an estimate and may vary depending on the complexity and number of subjects, the number of changes you request during the process, and the queue of other active commissions. If you need your commission in a short period for a specific date, we can work together and find a solution to deliver it on time.

5. During the whole making process, we will send you some "work in progress" images to discuss the shape, the colours, and the details. Please let us know what you'd like to change in the early stages of the artwork. When the work is at an advanced stage, it may be hard to edit anything.

6. Our main goal is to make you happy. We offer several revisions and updates throughout the process, making sure the final product always meets your expectations.  So, please don't hesitate to tell us everything you think to help us make your commission perfect! 

7. Once the work is complete, we will provide you with an HD link to download your commission in an A4/A3-sized file (or other format if needed).

Payment

After we reach an agreement on your commission, we will send you an invoice to your email through PayPal Business (taxes are included in the price).

 

In this way, you should be able to pay with different methods, even without a PayPal account.

 

The prices of our commissions are in Euro (€), and we suggest checking the currency value before commissioning.

 

After discussing the commission, and we have your approval to start, we don't accept refunds. But if for health or family issues, we can't finish your work, you will be refunded for the entire price (Transaction and tax fees may vary the price).

• Your Commission is made from scratch by hand digitally, using a graphic tablet.

• The final artwork is in full high-quality image, usually using the A4/A3 format at 300 dpi. But feel free to ask if you need a specific format for your image.

• We don't only make characters, but also animals, creatures, landscapes, or graphic works like logos, emotes, Twitch UI, and Photomanipulation.

• We make a lot of commissions and fan art from D&D and Warcraft, but we can also work from other video games, personal characters, books, photos, or anything you need.

• We don't accept NSFW commissions.

• If you want to commission us for something different from what you see in our listing prices, feel free to share your ideas. We are always open to new types of projects!
